Kitsuri Legal
All of our projects are governed by their own respective licensing terms and End User License Agreements (EULAs). Please review the terms applicable to the product you are using.
Core Terms
Respect individual product licenses. Each Kitsuri project ships with its own license. By using, modifying, or distributing any of our work, you agree to comply with the specific terms attached to that product.
No reverse engineering of closed-source projects. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from any of our closed-source software, tools, or assets without explicit prior written permission from Kitsuri Studios. Doing so may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
Consequences of violation. Any breach of these terms or the license governing a specific product may result in: (1) immediate revocation of your right to use the associated content, (2) removal of your access to Kitsuri services or repositories, and (3) in cases of escalation, civil or criminal legal proceedings.
Good faith use. We design our licenses to be clear and fair. If you are unsure about permitted use, reach out before proceeding. Most questions can be resolved with a quick email.
